I offer a variety of courses and workshops from beginners’ sessions designed to give you a solid grounding and confidence with fundamental poses and simple breathwork to women’s wellness workshops, at which you can learn specially chosen poses and techniques to help you transition through perimenopause to post menopause.

New offerings come onstream regularly; the perfect way to start your yoga journey, deepen your practice or learn something new.
