YOGA
A combination of alignment-detailed Hatha yoga poses and flowing movement to build strength, improve balance and promote flexibility whilst releasing tension and fostering a sense of connection between body and breath to still the mind. Suitable for beginners and more experienced students; options and modifications are offered to suit your ability and what’s going on in your body.

MEDITATION
The benefits of regular meditation are many: increased mental focus and clarity, reduced stress and anxiety, and a greater sense of wellbeing to name just a few. As well as practice sessions to explore different ways to meditate, these monthly classes also provide take-away techniques and tips to help you establish a regular meditation practice of your own. Join me in-person or online in comfy clothes and with an open mind. No experience necessary.

WOMEN’S WELLNESS YOGA
Supporting you in every stage of the menopause, from perimenopause into the post-menopausal years. The weekly classes are designed to help you manage symptoms and improve mental and physical wellbeing. You’ll learn simple techniques to practice on your own when most needed too.
These classes are on Wednesdays, from 6pm - 7pm at Salisbury Yoga Studio (£12) Bookable via Salisbury Yoga Studio
PRIVATE CLASSES
