Struggling to fall or stay asleep? Feeling constantly tired? You’re not alone. Disturbed sleep and persistent fatigue are some of the most common symptoms of perimenopause and menopause. This workshop is designed to support you in understanding and navigating these changes with care and compassion. We’ll explore why our sleep patterns shift during this time of hormonal transition, consider triggers, and introduce practical, holistic strategies to help you reclaim rest. You will also be guided through a calming yoga practice, combining gentle movement, restorative postures, breathwork, and meditation to help reset your nervous system and leave you feeling deeply replenished.
